Introducing co-founder Cesca

Meeting Cesca 

Have you ever met someone who just seems to have it all together? That's exactly how I felt when I (India) met Cesca. We met when she came to my run club and after many chats over coffee it was like the great powers above had bought me everything I needed for Bronte!

Cesca's background is in logistics for start ups like Wild Refill, a business I have always been very inspired by. With me coming from an arts background, I very much lack knowledge on the back end, so instantly I thought this could be exciting... 

Why have a Co-founder?

This is something I hear people talk about when it comes to starting a business. Of course there are pros and cons but for me the decision made so much sense. I am regularly frustrated by my lack of knowledge/skill in certain areas and I knew pretty quickly that those areas are huge strengths of Cesca's. The fact that we compliment each other with our differing areas of experience is great for the business and not only that, I now feel like I have support and accountability on this journey, which is invaluable 

From Bali to the UK

Who would have thought that a chance encounter in Bali would lead to such exciting things?! Now we're heading to the UK with Bronte and cannot wait to see all of the girls getting their movement in wearing great socks.
